For more than two decades, I've helped people explore the connection between food, wellbeing, and everyday health.
I am a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, educator, and author of two cookbooks. Throughout my work, I've been passionate about helping people discover that healthy eating can be both nourishing and deeply enjoyable.
Through Cooking Club, I share practical cooking skills, nutrition education, ingredient insights, and simple kitchen strategies that can support energy, digestion, vitality, and healthy aging.
What makes Cooking Club especially meaningful to me is the community we've built together. Members join from different backgrounds, different countries, and different stages of life, yet we come together each month around something we all share—a desire to enjoy good food and support our wellbeing.
My approach is rooted in a simple belief: healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, restrictive, or bland.
