We began facilitating online learning with the first universities in the mid 2000s having come out of teaching in graduate and post graduate spirituality programs for 15 years. We have 30 years of teaching experience from small Yoga studios to the most respected institutions in the world, such as the Kripalu Institute for Yoga and Health.

About the Yoga of Sound
This is our beginner platform which builds upon Russill Paul's books and products known worldwide. You will receive 11 lessons in this learning series so you understand the close connections between sound and yoga, both historically and in contemporary applications.
About the Tantric Path
In our Yogic Mystery School, we study the deeper dimensions of Tantra and Mantra for purposes of self-healing and self-care. You will learn about our approach to Tantra through 16 lessons at the end of which you can download a 52 page e-book for your future reference.
About the Golden Path
The Golden Path is our current and most sophisticated system in which we bring together a deep knowledge of mystical practices with an understanding of psychology. You receive samples of some of our key lessons on this powerful path to spiritual awakening.
