Connect with the instructors, Asha Paul and/or Russill Paul, and engage with fellow students online.
Private Sessions
You can schedule private one-on-one Zoom sessions with either or both Asha and Russill Paul. The sessions are recorded in both audio and video formats and provided to you after they are completed. You can use this private time for various topics, including well-being, cooking, voice development, or spiritual guidance.
Online Group Events
Join our interactive group sessions, which offer a variety of activities like healthy cooking, mantra training, creativity, devotional singing, discussions on health, spirituality, and consciousness. Sessions run from one to two hours and all sessions are recorded, so you can access replays and stay connected with other participants.Â

Most of our online courses are priced between $295 and $495. Private sessions are available at $150 for 30 minutes or $295 for one hour. Interactive group trainings typically range from $175 to $250 depending on the topic and format.
