The experience of Kundalini can be strong and intense as much as it can be subtle and spacious. At different times in our lives, the experience manifests differently, and each phase calls for unique understandings and integrations.

Kundalini is only one aspect of the Tantric experience and perspective, especially when approached from the perspective of Sri Vidya, which is the tradition we teach from. However, it is pretty much the same with Kashmir Shaivism and the Kaula tradition.
